This is an OPTIONAL assignment for students that received a "NYM" (Not Yet Mastered) grade on their report card in the first term for the Matter Unit. This is an opportunity to replace that NYM with an "M" (Mastered). It is not a guarantee. Using Google Docs, complete the following assignment:

"Write a five paragraph essay on Matter, as discussed in science class. The essay must include an introduction, a conclusion, and a three-paragraph body. Please explain physical changes and how you can distinguish them. Also, explain chemical changes and evidence that a chemical change may have occurred. Finally, explain how matter cannot be created or destroyed, just changed from one form to another. You may use all the materials from science class.
